Corporate Development Thinker
Jillian has a background in event management and corporate wellness along with a passion for disease prevention through diet and nutrition. She graduated from James Madison University in Virginia where she received a business degree with a concentration in event management. Following her graduation, Jillian lived and taught science in Seoul, South Korea and Bangkok, Thailand.
Upon her return to the U.S., she joined Dr. Neal Barnard’s team at the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, in Washington, D.C., serving as program coordinator for his award-winning Food for Life program. For the past three years, Jillian managed the International Wellness program for WebMD. During this time, she was also operations manager for the Engine 2 Diet and Forks Over Knives national conferences.
Growing up in the woods of Virginia gave Jillian a love of nature and all things natural. She has been living in Austin since 2011 and thrives on the balance of city and nature.
